Thanks for the summary. I went to one of the gatherings about 5 years ago and I have read both of Jack’s books. I use some of the principles and want to implement more.

I will be reviwing this with my Executive – just attended the conference and would like to implement. This book summary is a good first step in gettingt the team familiar with the background story. Thanks for making it available.

Thanks for providing the summary. I have just read both books by Jack and the summary will help me to advertise it to my friends and coworkers.

I appreciate access to the summary. I love the concepts and believe they is viable to both the private and public sectors. I will soon begin discussions with my agency leaders to attempt implementation of the concepts – as many as possible.
