Len Falter is a business professional and certified executive coach whose company, FTM Leadership Services, Inc. is focused on individual development and organizational growth. Len started FTM Leadership in August 2010 after 30-years of service in the telecommunications industry.
Len’s commenced his work in the telecommunications industry in 1981 after successfully completing his military service in the United States Air Force as a Missile Systems Analyst and Instructor working on the Minuteman III nuclear missiles in Great Falls, Montana. Len received the Master Instructor Award from the United States Air Force in 1980 for his instructional work on the Minuteman Missile System.
During Len’s 30-years in the telecommunications industry in various roles, including senior executive roles overseeing and managing major system operations with revenues greater than $250M annually, Len worked through several mergers and acquisitions of various cable television operators, including companies such as Teleprompter, Group W Cable, Continental Cablevision, US West, MediaOne, AT&T Broadband and Adelphia Communications.
Len completed two college degree programs focused on Business Management and Social Sciences. Additionally, Len received his Professional Coaching Certification with New Ventures West in San Francisco, California in March 2011.
Len and his wife, Colette, currently live in Lemoore, California.
