Chris Millsap’s career spans over 30 years serving in senior leadership roles with diverse Fortune 750 public companies, including The Dial Corporation, Fleming Companies, Diversey Corporation and SAPPI Fine Papers, on ‘turnaround’ teams that consistently achieved extraordinary results. In 1998 he entered the realm of his first of two privately held companies, ($325 and $135 Million in revenues) as their President and Chief Operating Officer where he successfully used the principles of Open-Book Management to grow revenues by 300% and 35% respectively, and profit by 1000% and 600% respectively. He affiliated with The Great Game of Business in 2009 as Managing Partner, Arizona. He has often been invited by civic, trade and management associations to speak on ‘business transformation’ and Open Book Management, including speaking before a delegation of Chinese officials, sponsored by the U.S. State Department. Additionally, Chris has served as an ‘expert’ resource in several periodicals, including the Phoenix Business Journal and Impact magazine published by the Greater Phoenix Chambers of Commerce.
Prior to his involvement in Corporate America, Chris proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corp in Vietnam, afterwards earning a bachelor’s degree in business from Missouri State University and later his MBA from Arizona State University. Additionally, he is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and an instrument rated private pilot.
