Arend Welmers is the UK and Europe’s leading practitioner of Open Book Management. He has been teaching the Great Game philosophy and methodology to organizations in the United Kingdom and Ireland for more than 10 years.

He is also Managing Director of Organisation Analytics Ltd, a consulting practice that specializes in helping organizations execute their strategy, and a founder of Quantum90, a collaboration with experts from the publishing industry – that uses the power of people to rapidly transform organization performance.

A challenging and engaging coach, facilitator and speaker, Arend has a reputation for designing and implementing performance strategies that generate results and challenge conventional practices. His last three assignments have seen him designing and leading major business change programmes in Lisbon, New York and London.

He is currently engaged in building a number of Great Game Community groups throughout the UK and Ireland.
